I'm falling asleep in my seltzer.....


Busy, busy, busy that's me....

I made cherry sauce for Christmas Eve dessert

 I put about 10 cups of cherries in the freezer this summer, we ate cherries everyday.....
They froze well, and still taste fantastic.

Then I made a 6 apple variety pie.  I used an 8" cast iron fry pan, it came out fab.  I hope that it tastes good,


You can see the pot on the back burner with the broth in it.  Tomorrow I will strain it, and chill it so I can skim the fat off the top.

But for now, I will take my self upstairs and find my bed.....
